Hunting at Diamond T Ranch
Here at the Diamond T Ranch we want to give you the best hunting experience we can. When you book a hunt with us we ask for a 25% deposit on the hunt upon booking. All our hunts can be guided or DIY. If you plan to have a guide with you for your hunt there is a $150 fee per day. if You choose to have a guide on your hunt they will be with you while in the stand to help you spot and offer input on the deer you are looking to harvest. Whether you choose to hunt guided or unguided our crew will help you retrieve the deer from the field and dress the deer for you. If you plan on mounting your deer we have a local taxidermist that will come pick the deer up from the ranch and ship it to you upon completion. If you choose to ship your deer to your personal taxidermist you will be responsible for shipping cost. We have box stands spread throughout the ranch in the best areas to spot the deer as they move through. All of our stands are equipped with heaters, and sliding windows and give you a great vantage point to spot mule deer moving through. Gear Bag
When planning your hunt with us we want you to keep in mind that the weather can change in 5 minutes. It can be 60 degrees one day and snowing the next. With that, we ask that you bring clothing for multiple weather situations. All our guides carry the top-of-the-line glass to help spot deer at long ranges. We encourage you to bring your own binoculars / spotting scope. Colorado requires you to wear hunters orange vest, we ask that you please bring your own vest to wear. We also ask you bring your own rifle our average shot is 300-500 yards but can be closer or farther depending on your comfort level.
